ALDEVIQUE presents selected property information and coordinates introductions for prospective purchasers considering the UAE. Unless confirmed in a separate written agreement, ALDEVIQUE does not act as a buyer's agent, legal representative, financial adviser, migration adviser or exclusive representative. Any transaction must proceed through the appropriately authorised developer, seller, brokerage or professional adviser.
Collection scope
The collection is selective rather than whole-of-market and draws on developer-published material. Inclusion is not an independent investment rating and does not establish that a project or unit is currently available through ALDEVIQUE.
Commercial relationships
ALDEVIQUE may receive a commission or referral fee if an introduced purchaser completes a transaction. The relevant commercial relationship, payer, remuneration basis and material conflict will be disclosed before a client's details are referred.

Prices, availability, exchange rates, forecasts, specifications, images, payment plans and completion timing can change. Reservations and client money
Submitting an enquiry does not reserve a property. ALDEVIQUE does not accept reservation deposits or purchase funds through this website. Payment instructions must be independently verified against current transaction documents.
